Engr. Mrs. Abimbola Akinajo, leading the LAMATA team, presented the security measures implemented on the Blue Line, showcasing the system’s commitment to passenger safety.
HE Baxter also had the opportunity to meet and interact with a female train driver, Miss Isabella Adams highlighting the diverse workforce powering the railway network.
This visit signifies the continued international interest in Lagos’ infrastructure development, particularly its public transportation initiatives.
The Red and Blue lines are key components of a larger plan to improve mobility and reduce traffic congestion in the megacity.
